FAQ

The five we get most.

What do I pay up front?

Nothing on Starter. You owe 10% only when a buyer pays you. Move to Pro ($29/mo + 5% per sale) when your monthly sales clear ~$580 — that's the breakeven, and we'll tell you when you hit it.

Who prints and ships the shirt?

A US-based print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We handle the connection and the support handoff. You stay on the design and the customer relationship.

Where do you ship?

US-only at launch. International opens once we can answer customs questions in under a day — not before.

What if a buyer wants a refund?

Misprint or damaged in transit, we replace at no cost. Buyer's-remorse refunds are your call — you own the customer, you make the policy.

Who owns the design?

You do. We print what you upload, ship the shirt, take our cut. The art stays yours — pull a design down anytime and the SKU goes dark same day.

Is this the same Two Tone Agency that built Two Tone Law?

Yes. Two Tone Shop is the clothing lane of Two Tone Agency, same shop that runs Two Tone Law and the HVAC operator at hvac.twotone.agency. Same people, same standards, different surface.

Why $29 Pro when other tools are cheaper?

Other tools are fulfillment plus a checkout — you still glue them together. $29 covers the storefront, the print partner, the payouts, and the agency on call if something breaks. We have skin in the game on every shirt we ship. Cheaper tools don't.
